Registrar.

Christenings
he new birth is a
very happy occasion in a family and also very exhausting for the mother.
Although you want to spread the news as soon as possible, it is often best to
wait till it is practical to do so, especially if the birth is in the early
hours. Sending out cards, or placing an announcement in the local newspaper is
also an advantage.

Go to your local library or browse through your local bookshop.

registered within forty two days and only one of the parents' signature is
required. Both parents have to be present for both names to be on the birth
certificate. Basic registration certificates are available free of charge, but
a more elaborate one can be prepared for a fee.

arranged with a church minister, either as a private ceremony, or during a
