ALL ROOM RATES include FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST & VAT @ 17.5% Buffets are recommended by WMDC EHO to only stay out in a warm room for no more than one hour. Buffets will be cleared away and disposed of at this time. For larger buffets, some food is held in the chilled store for topping up later, please inform the Food Manager when you require it, if this applies. The DJ will normally make an announcement of imminent FINAL clearance. Anyone wishing to take food away from the premises do so entirely at their own risk, and against our advice, and will assume liability for consuming the food and the serving of such food to other persons. To avoid misunderstandings, the person who pays for the wedding should inform the DJ at the outset what style of music is required and of any special requests.
