The menus have been compiled by our Head Chef to give a complete balance of presentation, flavour and texture and are intended as a guide. Should you require professional guidance on designing your own menu please do not hesitate to contact the banqueting office. In order to ensure complete success of your function it is necessary for your guests attending to partake of the same menu. We are sorry that we can not offer a choice of dishes at a function, but every assistance will be given to provide for religious and dietary requirements.

REDUCTION IN NUMBERS. Final numbers must be advised 28 days prior to the function, with no more than a 10% variance lower than the original number booked and will be the amount charged for.

INCREASE IN NUMBERS. Subject to capacity the increase must be made 5 days in advance.

HIRE CHARGES. Rogerthorpe Manor does not make a charge for its function rooms when a Wedding Breakfast is taken. For evening room hire rates please contact the banqueting office.

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT. Our group entertainment's manager is available to help with the arrangement of a variety of bands and cabarets. Our own resident disco will be happy to cater for your function with many years experience and the use of our exciting light show, a truly memorable evening is promised.

BOOKING CONFIMRATION. A deposit of £300.0O will be required as confirmation.
Provisional bookings will be released after seven days (unless prior arrangement has been made with the manager).
Six months prior to the event, a further 20% of the booked numbers is to be paid.
Four months prior to the event, a further 20% of the booked numbers is to be paid.
Two months before the event, a further 20% of the booked numbers is to be paid.
For weddings with a longer lead time, a minimum of 35% per annum is required.
Fourteen days prior to the event the final balance of the outstanding account, is to be paid.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.
All Wedding/Function payments made by credit card will carry a 5 % surcharge to cover costs incurred by us from Credit Card companies.

BOOKING AGREEMENT CONTRACT. Confirmation of booking enters a contract between the Client and Rogerthorpe Manor. The terms of this contract are those stated under all sections in the introduction page. Prices are reviewed in January of each year and are not expected to exceed 10 % unless exceptional market conditions, or an increase in VAT takes place. The banqueting office will confirm the cost of your function in writing after January each year, based on the information given by the client on confirmation of the booking. Unconfirmed prices are subject to variation without prior notice, however every effort will be made to hold prices quoted for six weeks prior to each occasion.

CANCELLATIONS. In the event of cancellations we regret that deposits are not refundable.

THE CLIENT. Please note that the client is responsible for the behavior of all his or her guests at all times . Any accounts or damages or theft will be presented to the client.

PHOTOGRAPHS. Please arrange enough time for your photographer and ensure that he/she doesn't overrun the time allocated for the photographs before the Wedding Breakfast. Any expense incurred by the hotel in terms of waiting staff on paid time any spoilage of food will be charged to the wedding organiser.

Some of our food products may contain ingredients which may have been produced using genetically modified soya and/or maize.
